Christmas at the Ryman with Amy Grant and Vince Gill. Enjoy being serenaded by this timeless Music City duo in one of Nashville’s most iconic venues. Also known as the Mother Church of Country Music, and the original home of the Grand Ol’ Opry, there’s literally not a bad seat in the house thanks to the incredible acoustics of the breathtaking venue’s architecture.
Opry Country Christmas. Experience “the show series that turns the Opry House into a winter wonderland and brings your favorite Christmas songs and country artists together.” This is a a magical event of incredible talent, featuring countless country music favorites!
Music City Christmas Show on the General Jackson Showboat. Experience stunning views of the city skyline, incredible entertainment, and a delicious meal, when you float down the river on the General Jackson Showboat! Offering both day and evening events, this season’s Music City Christmas show is a favorite for the whole family during the holidays!
Holiday Pop Bars are all the rage no matter where you go, and Nashville’s vibrant bar scene certainly has you covered when it comes to Christmas and holiday themed cocktails. Check out a few of our favorite local pop ups to explore when you’re out on the town:
Music City Bowl Game at Titans Stadium. Every season needs a holiday bowl game, and since the inception of this tradition, Nashville has hosted this super fun event. Check out the annual Music City Bowl game, a postseason tradition that never disappoints!
Christmas at Gaylord Opryland. Enjoy “ICE” an indoor winter wonderland, Christmas light shows, ice tubing, and more, when you visit iconic Gaylord Opryland for tons of holiday activities!
Dickens of Christmas. There’s nothing more charming than a historic downtown street festival, especially when it’s Victorian-themed! Step back in time when you visit historic downtown Franklin, just outside of Nashville, for this iconic event that will ignite your Christmas spirit in the most magical way!
Cheekwood Holiday Lights. Enjoy over one million twinkling lights while you walk the grounds of Cheekwood Estates & Gardens. From s’mores stations to holiday cocktails, there is a little something for everyone in your group to enjoy!
Zoolumination – This event at the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere features over 1,000 custom-made silk lanterns. Year after year, this gorgeous spectacle is a sight to see. In addition, there’s also a festive North Pole Village where you might even see Santa there!
