Get ready for a major paradise "vibe check" when you set foot inside of this dreamy Nashville vacation spot! Character filled with tropical infused vibes, you'll love the unique touches such as stunning wallpaper, pops of neon color, and ultra "vibey" decor! Spacious and super chic, this multi-level space complete with a rooftop deck, is a dreamy getaway for all of your Nashville adventures!

Layout:
The first level of this space opens into a bedroom with twin over twin bunk bed and a full sized futon. There is a connected full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A set of stairs leads up to the main level, where you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo at the top of those stairs. Across the hall is a bedroom with full over queen bunk beds. This level also has the kitchen, living room and dining area, which is open concept and very spacious! The next set of stairs leads up to the primary bedroom that features a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a beautiful rooftop deck! 

Parking:
Please park in the community parking lot. 

Neighborhood:
Conveniently settled in a secluded lot close to restaurants and shopping centers and less than 10 minutes from the Nashville soccer stadium (which also happens to be America's largest stadium!) Other nearby attractions include the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, Radnor Lake, and Downtown Nashville, all of which are only a little over 5 miles away via car! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
