The Sierra Cottage

A 1940's cottage infused with southwestern style! This 2 bed/1 bath home is brimming with natural light and cheerful vibes at every corner. With design elements like a terracotta brick fireplace, southwestern textiles, and potted greenery featured throughout the home, there's so much character wrapped up into this humble abode! There is even a piano and a record player with a record collection for guests to enjoy. However, the star feature of this rental just may be the outdoor areas. The open clay porch on the side of the home is complimented by climbing plants and a beautiful structural design. It's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine after a day on the town. Equally as charming is the covered patio space in the backyard, donned with cafe lights, a grill, a fire pit and a beautiful view. A 1940's cottage infused with southwestern style! Recent updates include an expansive refresh of the bathroom, the back door, and a brand new roof installation! This is a corporate rental, available for stays of 31 days or longer.

Layout: 
The front door opens up into the living room. To the right there is bathroom and a small bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. To the back of the living room, there is a doorway that opens into the kitchen/dining area, and this space opens into the laundry room and backyard. 

Parking: 
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. 

The Neighborhood:
Located in historic East Nashville and close to the interstate!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
