The neutral colors and earthy accents are soothing, stylish, and the perfect backdrop for this Nashville "home away from home"! 

The Layout:
All one level, this duplex style home has an open concept layout. Upon entry, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are on display. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, newly renovated walk-in closet, and a connected Jack and Jill bathroom that is also connected to the guest bedroom with queen bed. The primary bedroom also opens into the patio and generously sized back yard. 

Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway with the carport.

Neighborhood: 
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors. Here you'll be exactly 10 minutes to Downtown Broadway, East Nashville, and walking distance to the brand new Brooklyn Bowl! It's also located next to entrances of many major highways and thoroughfares to ensure multiple routes, and quick, easy access to all of Nashville. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
