The interior layout of this striking 4 bed/4 bath home is filled with the most divine modern and contemporary design, compliments of furniture by local design firm, Conley House, and a custom wall Mural by local artist, Cory Basil. Don't be surprised if you feel like you've walked into an art gallery! With a vibrant art mural in the main living space, unique geometric patterns in the form of kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile and rich textiles sprinkled throughout, you'll love soaking in the beauty of this ultra trendy and unique home. As if the 3 levels of the interior weren't enough excitement for your visual senses, head on up to the rooftop deck where you can take in the most ridiculous views of Downtown Nashville! It seriously does not get any better than this!

Layout: 
This stunning home is comprised of 3 gorgeous levels, with a rooftop deck. There is a garage, bedroom, and en suite located on the first level. The second level is comprised of the kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bathroom. On the third level you will find the master bedroom, bathroom with shower, and additional bedroom with en suite bathroom that also serves the rooftop deck. 

Parking:
2 car garage with keyless entry pad is available. Code will be provided with your check in instructions. 2 additional guests spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Free street parking is also available if you need it. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
