This sweet, sunny cottage has all that you need for a relaxing Nashville getaway! With 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, there’s an abundance of room for your group to unwind. If you’re traveling with kids, the bunk beds and outdoor space will be a hit, along with nearby attractions such as Nashville Shores, Opry Mills Mall, Two Rivers Golf Course and a park with a hiking trail. This home is also located less than 4 miles from the airport, giving this adorable rental the ultimate convenience factor!

The outdoor space will be a hit, along with the close proximity to nearby attractions such as Nashville Shores, Opry Mills Mall, Two Rivers Golf Course and a park with a hiking trail. This home is also located less than 4 miles from the airport, giving this adorable rental the ultimate convenience factor! *Please note that this home shares backyard space with a detached guest cottage. This cottage may or may not have tenants during your stay.* This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom! All three bedrooms have a queen size bed.

?Parking?
There is room for two cars in the driveway! Please only bring a max of two cars as street parking isn't allowed here. Park to the left side of the driveway closest to the home. The host lives onsite in a separate studio apartment and will park on the right side of the driveway. ???????

?House Rules?
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

?Interactions with Guests?
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

?Rental Policy?
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
