This beautiful historic bungalow is as charming as they come! The welcoming exterior features a beautiful porch and swing, perfect for views of the Tennessee sunrise and sunset. The eclectic interior aesthetic is filled with beautiful light filled rooms, tall ceilings, and vibrant style. Located just a few blocks from all that the Five Points area has to offer, you will be so enchanted by this beautiful home!

Layout:
The living room and dining room are in the front of the home. Down the hallway to the right is a bedroom with a queen bed, and on the left is the kitchen. Down the hall further is a jack and jill bathroom on the left and a primary bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs there is an additional bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom, and a common space with a full bed.

Parking: 
There is room for one car in the driveway and additional street parking available.

Neighborhood:
Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Check out nearby favorites, like Velvet Taco, Bar Taco, and Five Points!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interaction with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
