Fully renovated, styled with charm, and centrally located in a quiet residential area, you'll have no trouble at all settling into this darling home! Highlights include, a sunny kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances, and an enchanting fenced in backyard with a sitting area and deck. The convenience factor is fabulous, as you will find it easy to move around town and access shopping, restaurants, cafes, downtown, the Nashville Zoo, and the airport!

Layout:
The entrance of this one level home opens into a beautiful open concept layout, featuring a living room and kitchen. Located down the hall to the left, is a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and an office space with a queen air mattress. There is also a twin air mattress, that can be utilized in the common space. This home can sleep up to 7 people (3 on air mattresses and 4 in real beds.) There's a charming deck outside of the kitchen, and a gorgeous and expansive fenced in backyard. There is an external security camera on site.

Parking: 
Please park in the driveway. There is space available for two cars.

Neighborhood:
Located in a residential area in South Nashville, you'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and groceries. If you are bringing kids, you must check out the Nashville zoo - after all, it's only 1.3 miles away. Just a few minutes from interstates 24 and 65. Downtown Nashville, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and Radnor Lake are all 15-20 minutes from the home, too!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
