Welcome to The Bea Arthur! Welcome to your private "Golden" retreat, the Bea Arthur - tucked away in Germantown. You will only be 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville and within 6-7 blocks to Nashville dining staples. This cozy home will be the perfect hub for all of your Nashville plans whether you are in town for business or pleasure.

Highlights:
You will feel right at home with cozy leather seating and rustic exposed beams. With loads of modern amenities, this catch is perfect for short trips or extended stays.

Layout:
This guest cottage is located around the back of another home. However, there is a private entrance, which is accessed from the alley. The front door is right inside the privacy fence - an area that is great for outdoor relaxation! Complete with an electronic lock, you'll be able to check in at your leisure. Once you have arrived you can utilize everything that this studio offers, including a full kitchen, modern bathroom and a queen size bed.

Parking:
There is room for 2 cars in the driveway off of the alley!

Neighborhood:
Germantown is one of the most vibrant and best located neighborhoods in Nashville. A few blocks northwest of downtown, Germantown is lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and homes. Germantown is known for having some of the city’s best restaurants as well as shops, bars, and breweries.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
