Located 2-3 blocks from Music Row and just minutes from downtown, it’s convenient in both its location and its comfortable living space. Airy, cozy and downright adorable, it’s easy to make yourself at home in this sweet little spot!

The Layout:
This elegant suite with a comfy king size bed is accessed from the private entry around back. There is an en suite bathroom with a unique rustic sink and large stand up shower with two shower heads! You'll also have your very own kitchen nook with mini fridge, two stove burners, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking! Don't forget to utilize the washer and dryer, too. 

Parking:
A smaller car can park in the driveway right in front of the cottage! There's also free street parking, if you prefer.

The Neighborhood:
You can literally walk less than .2 miles to Edgehill Village, .7 miles to Hillsboro Village, and 2-3 blocks to world famous Music Row!  For those of you wanting to hit up the Honky Tonks on Broadway, no need for a car to head downtown, either - you'll only be a 7 minute drive away and can easily grab an Uber or Lyft for less than $10 one-way!  For real, leave the car at home!  

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
