Nashville Nights

Welcome to "Nashville Nights", a quiet place to retreat after your evening out on the town! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features pristine finishes, cozy furniture, and a premium location with close proximity to numerous East Nashville hotspots and Downtown Broadway! The subtle design elements highlight local flair and pay the perfect homage to Music City. Located in a brand new luxury condo complex, this space is a perfect backdrop for your Nashville adventures!

Layout:
This modern, yet ultra cozy home is one level and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has two full over full bunk beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a king. The first and second bathrooms each have a walk in shower, and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a charming patio off of the main living area, a fully stocked kitchen of supplies/utensils, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.  

Parking:
Please park in the assigned space for the unit. There is one space available. Additional parking is available on the weekends. See the digital guidebook or ask our guest relations team for more details.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
