This brand new, brightly styled townhome is located on Napoleon street in vibrant East Nashville, and is filled with funky colors, cool vibes, and a show-stopping rooftop deck with a hot tub! The multi-level space features modern accents, natural light, and tons of personality. Book your stay at "Napoleon Dynamite" for the ultimate vacation getaway (and don't forget to bring my chapstick, Kip!)

Layout:

First Level - guest bedroom with queen bed, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Level - kitchen, living room with queen sized sleeper sofa, bedroom with a queen bed, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Third Level - bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and additional bedroom with two twin over twin bunk beds, and and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fourth Level - rooftop deck

Parking: 
There are first come, first serve spaces across from the unit, and street parking in front of the unit.

Neighborhood:
Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of its charm right at your fingertips! Nashville is truly at your fingertips in this gorgeous rental! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
