Special features include a stylish design, quaint outdoor deck, and a walkable location! Just 10 minutes from Downtown, the Gulch, and Titans Stadium!

The open, one level floor plan features a living room, kitchen, dining room, beautiful outdoor deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 external security cameras on the property.

Parking:
There is space available for two cars parked tandem in the driveway as well as street parking. Please do not block neighboring driveways.

Neighborhood:
Close to bars, and restaurants of Hillsboro Village, and Belmont Blvd. Walk a few blocks to Belmont or Vanderbilt Universities or hop in an Uber for a 10 minute ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Titans Stadium! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
