Look no further than this darling two story home located in the sought after neighborhood of The Nations! The home is nestled on a beautiful tree-lined, residential street, in a quaint, walkable area, just down the road from great restaurants and businesses. The exterior of the home features a lovely porch and beautiful balcony off of the second level, and the interior is full of beautiful architectural accents, like built ins, hardwoods, and fixtures. This is the perfect corporate rental for your extended stay of 31 days or longer!

Layout:

First Level - the front of the home enters into a foyer with a generous sized office space on the left. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open concept layout, with a beautiful deck off of the back of the home. There is also a powder room on this level.

Second Level - the primary bedroom has a king sized bed, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms share a connected jack and jill bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. There is a queen sized bed in one room and a king sized bed in the other.

This property has a ring camera on the front door.

Parking: 
There is a two car garage as well as street parking available.

Neighborhood:
Located in the hip and charming neighborhood of The Nations, you will fall in love with the convenience of this extremely walkable area! Check out local favorites like Jeni's Ice Cream, Bringles, or 51st taproom for an easy meal, or Southern Grist for delicious beer on tap. There are also several local great pizza places nearby to grab the perfect slice.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
