This stunning multi-level oasis is a true showstopper, living up to its name of "Enjoy the Show"! Modern and luxurious with graceful touches of old Hollywood glam, the character filled space is designed thoughtfully and conveniently for every minute of your stay. From the grand main living space and spacious kitchen, to the uniquely styled bedrooms, all the way up to the rooftop deck which is another captivating living area of its own, you'll instantly fall in love with the beauty of this rental. Sit back, relax, and "Enjoy the Show" when you book this divine space!
Layout:
The first level of the home is comprised of a bedroom with a queen and full bed, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second level of the home is comprised of the living room, kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a full/queen bunk bed. The third floor of the home has a sitting room, primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 4th floor is comprised of the rooftop deck that has TV and ample seating.Â
Parking:
There are 2 spots available in the garage. Street parking is also available on Cherokee.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
