Cash's Speakeasy

Cash's Speakeasy is truly a breathtaking and authentic Music City masterpiece! Themed for the late, great, iconic Johnny Cash, every inch of this gorgeous space pays homage to the country music legend and his love, June Carter. From the hand painted mural featured in the main living area, to the vibrant artwork and design elements highlighted throughout, you'll fall in love with the rich character that this rental has to offer! The cherry on top is the divine location which is only 3 minutes from Downtown Broadway!

Layout:
The lower level has a half bathroom, a queen bedroom with connected outdoor deck, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. The main level features the living room, kitchen, and balcony, with outdoor seating. The third level has a queen bedroom and king bedroom with a connected Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub shower combo, a half bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed. On this level you’ll also find the laundry room, and primary bedroom, which has a king bed, and a generous en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Parking: 
There is room for two cars in driveway tandem parking. Garage is inaccessible.  

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
