Parking:
Guests will enter through side door on patio using personal keypad code given prior to arrival. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
One of the trendiest areas in Nashville, 12 South is a shopping and dining destination full of restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, bars, and boutiques featuring local designers and makers. This area is very walkable and features some of the best murals in the city. You will find freelancers and musicians at the local coffeehouses and moms with strollers walking to the nearby Sevier Park. There are some awesome restaurants in the 12 South area including laid back joints as well as fine dining. You can also enjoy the 12 South Farmer’s Market every Tuesday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm during the warmer months. 12 South also has several apparel shops that sell everything from vintage to modern styles. From 12 South, you can walk to Belmont Blvd, but would need to drive to the other areas in Nashville.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
