Acklen Village

Welcome to Acklen Village! These 4 gorgeous units are side by side and can sleep a combined total of 38. Each gorgeous townhome is three levels, with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

The Charleston Layout:
The feeling of modern southern charm radiates throughout this luxurious 3 level home. With bold primary color accents, neutral textiles, and high end delicate fixtures, the space has classic southern style with a modern edge. The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with a king bed, and another en suite with two queen beds. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!

The London Layout:
The architectural design elements and European flair of this stunning home will make you feel as if you've set foot in a chic, sophisticated penthouse suite. High end fixtures, bold geometric patterns, and clean modern lines are featured throughout the space in a captivating way. The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with one queen bed and full bed, and another en suite with a king bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!

The Jade Layout: 
This space has a contemporary take on mid century modern elements. Pops of emerald green, clean lines, and brass fixtures make for a chic and savvy ambience of high end luxury. The first level is home to a suite, which holds a queen size bed. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area and half bath. The third level has two additional suites, one with 1 king bed, and a master suite with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!  

The Oliver Layout: 
This stunning design is the perfect contemporary take on traditional British design elements. The rich color palette, chesterfield leather sofa, and tartan plaid textiles of the main living space feel equal parts cozy and luxurious. The clean modern lines and contemporary fixtures sprinkled throughout the space make for a unique yet completely natural combination. The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with a king bed, and another en suite with two queen beds. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom.

Parking:
Each unit has one parking space available in the garage and one additional parking space available in the driveway.  Please do not block the other unit's driveways as they are occupied by full time residents. Any additional parking for this unit is off the alley behind the building.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
