10/10!!!! Amazing STAY!!

OMG! Where do I begin. We just left 6/15/26 and we stayed three days and four nights. This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! Everything was very clean. We were given nice gifts when we arrived. Our comforters and bathrooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I had an amazing time. I can’t wait to go again. DEFINITELY 6 STARS FROM MY FAMILY!! Thank you all so much!

There really wasn’t anything that we DID NOT like. Everything was perfect! My older parents weren’t to big on the two flights of stairs but they dealt with it. So I guess maybe the size of the TV’s. They could have been a bit bigger in the bedrooms. But it didn’t really bother us at all. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

My friends and I recently stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday, and we were so happy we ended up choosing here to stay! For starters the communications between us and the Host were so easy and they answered quickly! We had no issues checking in and there was plenty of parking in front of the house the whole weekend! We did notice a few things broken when we arrived but we immediately let the host know and they said they’d take care of it (nothing that affected our stay). The house was beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for all of us. It was a close uber/lyft ($10) to broadway! I frequent Nashville several times a year for different occasions and I would 100% be willing to stay here again.
The only thing that was annoying during our stay was the train it rain all hours of the day and night but we got used to it after the first day! (Again out of the hosts control).
Thank you so much for letting us stay! We had a blast celebrating my birthday.

Such a great spot
Such a great spot! You really can’t beat the location, near Broadway and all the fun, but still a perfect place to come back and relax. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhome was very clean and beautiful, just as depicted in the pictures. The hosts truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless.
Parking became a challenge during the weekend, as there was no street parking available directly in front of the townhome. However, we were able to work around it without too much difficulty.
One important thing to note is the presence of two railroad tracks approximately 40 yards from the townhome. Trains run frequently throughout the night and blow their horns about fifteen minutes after each hour. If you are not a heavy sleeper, I strongly recommend bringing earplugs. Of course, this is outside the host’s control and simply part of the location.
Overall, the townhome offers excellent value for the price, and despite the train noise, we still consider the stay worthwhile.

We had a great stay while visiting Nashville with family. The furnishings and appliances are beautiful, but show the wear from constant renters.
This town house was perfect for our group, but would not work well for families with children or anyone who struggles with steps. The entry level has the bedroom with two full beds and a full bath. The middle level in the kitchen/dining/living room, but no bathroom on this floor. The third floor contains the two queens and 2.5 bathrooms and laundry.
The space is very spacious and comfortable. It was a quick 8-10 minute drive into Broadway and was just a few minutes from a Publix. There was parking available in front of the building at all times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Nashville.
