That rooftop deck steals the show here -- guests rave about it as the perfect spot to unwind with skyline views after a day exploring Nashville, and it's become a favorite backdrop for bachelorette party photos. This spacious townhome has won over groups of 6-9 people with its thoughtful details: every bedroom gets its own bathroom (a game-changer for getting-ready chaos), phone charging stations by each bed, fresh-smelling linens, and even a selection of pillow firmnesses. The location hits the sweet spot -- a peaceful neighborhood that's still just a 10-15 minute Uber to Broadway, plus there's an adorable coffee shop literally attached to the building. Just know there are lots of stairs across the three levels, bedrooms get bright in the morning (not blackout curtains), and a few guests noted occasional noise from nearby fire trucks.
It's a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to Broadway and downtown attractions. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood that's close enough to get downtown easily but far enough to escape the hustle when you want to relax.
There are 4 bedrooms, and every bedroom has its own private bathroom -- a huge plus for groups getting ready. Guests say it comfortably fits 6-9 people with plenty of closet space and hangers. There's even a first-floor bedroom option for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.
Absolutely! The rooftop deck is a standout feature that guests consistently mention as their favorite spot. It's spacious, has great city skyline views (especially at night), and makes for beautiful photos. Perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down.
This is a multi-level townhome with lots of stairs across three levels, so be prepared if you're on the top floor. Several guests mention it's worth the climb for the rooftop access, but it's something to consider if mobility is a concern.
The bedrooms get very bright in the morning since there aren't blackout curtains, so light sleepers might wake earlier than planned. The garage is on the smaller side and may not fit larger vehicles (street parking is available). A few guests heard fire truck noise at night, likely from a nearby station. Some also had trouble figuring out the coffee machine and ice maker, but the hosts are very responsive if you need help.
