Every bedroom has its own bathroom here—a game-changer for groups and families who've learned the hard way that sharing one bathroom on a trip is a recipe for chaos. Guests consistently rave about the rooftop space (perfect for sunset watching or catching downtown fireworks from afar), the stylish decor that looks just as good in person, and the surprisingly spacious layout that comfortably fits large groups without feeling cramped. The location strikes a sweet spot: a quick 10-15 minute ride to Broadway and downtown, with walkable restaurants and coffee shops nearby, though you will hear highway noise at night if you're a light sleeper. A few guests noted the floors could use deeper cleaning and the kitchen lacks some basics like can openers, but the responsive hosts and overall comfort keep people coming back.
It's a quick 10-15 minute Uber or Lyft ride to Broadway and all the main downtown attractions. Several guests mentioned there are also restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance of the property.
Absolutely! Multiple guests loved the rooftop for watching sunsets and hanging out. One group even watched downtown fireworks from up there during their July 4th stay without having to deal with the downtown crowds.
The home has lots of stairs (it's a multi-level layout), which several guests mentionedu2014especially when hauling luggage. On the bright side, one guest joked it prepared them for all the rooftop stairs on Broadway! The layout gives everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The kitchen has plenty of space and basic equipment, but a few guests noted it's missing some items like can openers and hot pads. One group purchased these items for future guests. If you're planning to cook a lot, you may want to bring a few extras or plan to pick them up.
The property is located next to a major highway, so traffic noise is noticeable, especially at night. Light sleepers should bring earplugs or white noise apps. Most guests didn't find it bothersome, but it's worth knowing before you book.
