Welcome to The Onyx Opal! Experience sophisticated serenity when you step inside this gorgeous contemporary build. With impressive features like a light filled open floor plan, chef's kitchen, wet bar, garage game room, and multiple terraces and balconies, this space is designed to stun in every way possible.

Layout:

First Level - bedroom with king bed and adjacent terrace. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Second Level - living room, dining room, chef's kitchen, wet bar, and half bathroom.

Third Level - primary bedroom with two queen sized beds + en suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two sets of twin over full beds. There is an additional bathroom and laundry room on this floor.

Garage - a newly updated game room with a TV, couch and a ping pong table

Parking:
There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking is available, on a first come, first serve basis.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street in the Wedgewood Houston area, this "buzzing art area" is filled with former factories converted into art spaces and studios. Crowds fill galleries during the monthly “Art Crawl,” relax at cocktail bars or sample drinks in craft distilleries. Just a few miles south of downtown, you'll be surrounded by popular areas for dining, drinks and shopping. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this area and you will easily be able to get anywhere within approximately 8-10 minutes! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
