Welcome to "The NashVegas Hideaway", a cozy, light filled home with inviting neutral design and modern accents! The beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, East Nashville haven is the perfect place to land during your Nashville journey. The open concept layout in the main area boasts of natural sunlight, stunning hardwood floors, and a gorgeous modern kitchen, making it the perfect space to recharge after a busy day of exploring. There is ample sleeping space, bathroom space, and closet space for your group to feel right at home. Located in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville, you'll be less than 2 miles from the bustling Five Points area and some of the best restaurants and bars that Nashville has to offer!

Layout:
The first level is comprised of a bedroom with two twin sized daybeds, with a pull out trundle and a full en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second level has an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. The third level is made up of a half bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom on this level is complete with a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom on this level is the master, that contains two queen sized canopy beds, and an en suite double vanity & walk in shower. 

Parking:
There is free on site parking behind the home.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
