From the gorgeous statement windows that showcase the room so brilliantly, to the covered sitting area on the 2nd floor balcony, you'll instantly feel at home in this sun filled retreat. And with a matching bathroom for every bedroom, each guest will appreciate the privacy that will come with their own space. When it's time to venture out, you'll have one of the hottest neighborhoods at your fingertips! The 12 South area is sought after area to explore, especially when it comes to food, drinks and shopping.

Layout: 
This gorgeous three bedroom, four full bathroom home, is complete with the first bedroom and en suite bathroom on the main floor. The second level features a gorgeous living space, kitchen, covered patio, laundry room, and full bathroom.  The second and third bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are found on the third floor. This place is perfect for your group of 10! (There is an external security camera on site.)

Getting Around: 
It doesn't get any better when it comes to the incredible location of this home! Nestled smack dab between the plethora of 12th South and 8th avenue neighborhood amenities, your choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping and more will be right at your fingertips! On top of that, you'll only be 5-7 minutes from other desirable Nashville hotspots like The Gulch, Music Row, Hillsboro Village, West End and Downtown Broadway just to name a few. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
