Layout:
The first floor is made up of the living area, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, guest bedroom with queen bed, and en suite bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. There is also a charming deck off of the exterior of this level. The second floor is made up of the primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a third guest bedroom with a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a connected Jack and Jill bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. There is a balcony on this level as well. The third floor hosts the stunning rooftop patio. 

Parking:
There are 2 spots available in the parking lot. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
