The Jade & The Oliver
Welcome to The Jade and The Oliver, two beautiful townhomes that are part of Acklen Village! These units are side by side and can sleep a combined total of 20. Each gorgeous townhome is 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Stylish, stunning, and supremely located, these breathtaking homes are walking distance to one of the most convenient neighborhoods in Nashville! You will be seconds from great coffee, food, and shopping.
The Jade Layout:Â
This space has a contemporary take on mid century modern elements. Pops of emerald green, clean lines, and brass fixtures make for a chic and savvy ambience of high end luxury. The first level is home to a suite, which holds a queen size bed. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area and half bath. The third level has two additional suites, one with 1 king bed, and a master suite with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom! There are also two twin rollaway beds within the unit.
The Oliver Layout:Â
This stunning design is the perfect contemporary take on traditional British design elements. The rich color palette, chesterfield leather sofa, and tartan plaid textiles of the main living space feel equal parts cozy and luxurious. The clean modern lines and contemporary fixtures sprinkled throughout the space make for a unique yet completely natural combination. The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with a king bed, and another en suite with two queen beds. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom! There are also two twin rollaway beds within the unit.
Parking:
Each unit has one parking space available in the garage and one additional parking space available in the driveway. Please do not block the other unit's driveways as they are occupied by full time residents. Any additional parking for this unit is off the alley behind the building.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.
Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
