The Hudson House

Contemporary and stylish with a hint of modern farmhouse woven in, (hello shiplap), this brand new build is the perfect haven to settle into for your Nashville stay. The open concept floor plan features ample natural light, a spacious kitchen and living room, and the most charming screened in porch, complete with a fire place and lounge area. Every inch of the Hudson House is inviting and cozy in every way!

Layout:
This charming space has an open concept floor plan. The first level is comprised of a queen bedroom and full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living area, and screened in porch (complete with a fire place and TV). The second level of the home has a master king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with a connected Jack and Jill bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two full beds. The laundry room is also located on the second level.

Parking:
There are 2 available parking spaces on the street in front of the home. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
