Don't miss this private oasis that is 7 minutes to Nashville's infamous Honky Tonk bars, restaurants, and amazing people watching! Start your morning with coffee and a walk in Whitsett Park just down the street from this rental. Next, venture down the road to grab some awesome breakfast or lunch from Red Bicycle Coffee and Crepes (Y'all...that Maple Bacon Crepe is what's up!) Then, head down the street for on of our most favorite places to visit in town, Mewsic Kitty Cafe, where you can visit all of their kitties up for adoption! For those that love shopping, be sure to hit up the shops in 12 South and, while you're there, swing by for some photos by Nashville's most famous murals also found in 12 South!  Finally, wrap up your day by hitting up a local hot spot, Bastion, where the artisan beverages will surely hit the spot. Everything is to die for! The moral of the story?  Stay here and you'll eat, drink, shop, and dance your way across town!  

The Layout:
This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your Nashville stay!  Entering the home, you'll find a precious foyer where you can drop your shoes and jackets during your stay in this private space.  This home features 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds sleeping a total of 9 guests.  The master suite is on the main level and features 2 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom.  The two secondary bedrooms are found upstairs along with the second full bathroom and pool table in the bonus room!  One secondary bedroom features a queen size bed while the other bedroom features 3 twin beds, one of which is a trundle-style bed located under the bunk beds.  The full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms upstairs providing easy access by all guests and features a tub/shower combo.  The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan and perfect for your group hang while you are in town, too!

Parking: 
There is parking available in the driveway for your car. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
