The Hadley
A charming two story home with contemporary design elements, tons of natural light, and a beautiful private deck! Located on a quiet street north of downtown, here you can enjoy the rest and relaxation needed during your Nashville travels. This unit has brand new floors, granite countertops, and newly remodeled bathrooms, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy grilling on the back deck and take in the view of beautiful mature trees that delightfully frame the home's outdoor area. If you are looking to conveniently experience the amenities of the city, yet also recharge in a peaceful place, the Hadley is a perfect place to land!
Layout:
The first level entryway opens up near the stairwell of the second floor and to the living room which is complete with a twin daybed and pull out trundle. Beyond that, the home extends into the dining room, kitchen, laundry and half bathroom, which are also located on the first floor. The second floor is comprised of 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level. At the rear of the first floor, just outside of the dining room, is a deck with fenced in backyard.
Parking:
The parking area is located on the side of the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located just a few miles north of downtown, you'll be close to all of the action of the city. Grab an Uber to Midtown, Broadway, West End or the The Gulch in 10 minutes or less!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.
Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
