The Dakota House

Fall in love with the Nashville life as you settle into this dreamy, cozy condo for a stay of 31 days or longer! Highlights include a dreamy interior with a stunning kitchen and dining nook, sun filled living area with vaulted ceilings, and a charming outdoor deck to enjoy on those picture perfect Nashville days. Located in the bustling area of 8th Ave, you'll be close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and within striking distance of so many fantastic Nashville neighborhoods!

Layout:
The first floor is made up of the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and primary bedroom with a king bed. There is a connected en suite bathroom with walk a in shower and soaker tub. The washer and dryer is located in primary bedroom closet. The second floor is made up of a lofted living area/den space, and two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 

Parking:
Parking is available in the street for two cars.

Neighborhood:
The 8th Avenue area is a fantastic central area to tons of shops, restaurants, bars and more. With close internet access to I-65 and I-40, and other popular neighborhoods like the 12 South, The Gulch, and Melrose, you'll have so much at your fingertips. Nearby favorites include, Slim and Huskies, Mothers Ruin, Little Hat Italian Deli, and Steadfast Coffee, just to name a few!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
