The Clover

Be prepared to fall in love when you step inside of The Clover! Newly renovated and beautifully styled, the stunning accents give hints of mid-century modern design in the most charming way. The large bay windows in the main living area feature an impressive amount of sunlight and stunning views of the beautiful front yard. The kitchen is a show stopper as well, with beautiful blue cabinets and open shelving. Another major highlight? The location! Nestled just a few miles away from the Interstate and the Nashville Airport, you'll be minutes away from great attractions. There is truly so much to love about this darling rental!

Layout:
When you walk into the house, you will be greeted by a sprawling living room with plenty of light coming in through large bay windows. As you continue down towards the back of the house you will pass the dining area, as well as a record player station which is a great space to relax, host or work!  Continuing on, you enter the back side of the kitchen, with a beautiful, long island with several seats, and a coffee station/floating desk right next to the sliding glass doors looking out to the back deck and backyard. The kitchen, is a stunning light blue, features a new fridge and stove, beautiful open shelving, and a substantial amount of storage and counter space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay.  Just off the kitchen, is the mud and laundry room, with secondary access to the back yard. In addition to the washer and dryer, the laundry room also has a folding station, drying rack, a large pantry and coat/hat rack.  Moving back through the kitchen towards the center of the house, there is a hallway leading down to the all of the bedrooms; perfectly tucked away from the public section of the house.  As you walk down the hallway there is a large storage closet and two extremely large bedrooms, both with queen beds, massive closets, and several other valuable amenities. At the end of the hallway you will find the first of two bathrooms for the house, with large amounts of storage, a full sized shower/tub and an elongated toilet. Down the other side of the hallway you find the master bedroom with lots of storage and a lavish, large en suite with a walk-in shower, elongated toilet, and dual floating vanity.  All of the rooms have fans, and large windows allowing ample amounts of natural light.  In the back yard (accessing through the laundry room) there is a large patio area, with counter height wrap around bar, grill, and fire pit for entertaining or relaxing. The back yard is also fully fenced in with a lockable gate at the tail end of the driveway, on the side of the house. 

Neighborhood:
Located near the Donelson area, you will have easy access to several activities, including: Donelson Bowl (traditional bowling alley very close), Two Rivers Dog Park, several great trail heads (Greenway Trail, Stonehead Trail, Two Rivers Dam/Trail), J Percy Priest Lake (pontoon rentals, beach, bbq and more), Opryland Hotel / Soundwaves Water Park, Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort, Altitude Trampoline Park, The Hermitage (home of Andrew Jackson), just to name a few! Nearby restaurants include: Sindoore (Indian), Nectar - Urban Cantina (upscale Mexican/Margaritas), Tenfold (brewery/pizza), Sunflower Bakehouse (Vegan food and baked goods) Jo-Jo's Cuban Cuisine (cuban food truck), Party Fowl (Nashville hot chicken), Steam Boys (Bao, dumplings and noodles), Nadeens' Heritage Haven (awesome breakfast and burgers), McNamaras (Irish pub), Homegrown Taproom (American food and great beer selection), Phat Bites (GREAT sandwiches and bar - featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives).

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
