It’s located in one of the hottest neighborhoods of Nashville, The Nations, where you will experience close proximity to downtown and so many other vibrant areas of the city. The Layout: 
This one level space is as unique in layout as it is in design, yet it is so divinely functional! The entrance opens up into the living space, with each bedroom and bathroom positioned on each side. The main living space then leads into the stunning gallery style kitchen creating a savvy floor plan characterized by creativity and functionality. Please note, this is located above a retail space so there will be an elevator for your use.  

Parking:
There are two parking spaces allocated for this home along the back of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Here you are literally 5 miles or less in all directions from Nashville's greatest hotspots! Whether you are heading to Downtown Broadway, the West End/Vanderbilt area, 12 South or nearby Sylvan Park, the close proximity to "all of the things" is simply amazing! Don't have a rental? No problem! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this location and will take you anywhere that you need to explore!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
