The Catherine Cottage

This cozy and charming home is a warm welcome to your extended stay in Nashville. Special features include an abundance of natural sunlight, a cheerfully designed sunroom with bold prints and patterns, and a pool with an outdoor deck. You'll love the comforting amenities that this home away from home has to offer! There is a pool house on site that will also be used as a rental space. The pool area will be shared with guests of the pool house rental on site. Each of these spaces are corporate rentals, i.e. 31 days or longer.

The Layout:
The first level of the home consists of the living room, kitchen, and breakfast/dining nook area. The master bedroom is also on this level, with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The upstairs consists of three bedrooms, one with a full bed, one with a twin bed, and another with a queen bed. The queen bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the washer and dryer and tucked into this area. There is a sun room area with two twin beds, and there is a pool and deck that will be shared with renters in the pool house.

Parking:
There are 2 parking spots available under the carport. 

Getting Around:
Located in South Nashville, you`ll be just a short car ride from some of the best activities in Nashville! Check out Jackalope Brewery, the Nashville Zoo, or the new Nashville Soccer Stadium that is coming soon! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home, and you will be 10-18 minutes (or less!) to nearly every major neighborhood that Nashville has to offer!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
