Don't miss this amazing monthly rental located a short 7 minute drive to downtown Nashville! With this central location, you'll also be within 10 minutes to all of Nashville's hot spots like 12 South, Music Row, The Gulch, East Nashville, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Green Hills, and Germantown! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home provides a ton of natural lighting, features new granite counters, shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and shiny hardwood flooring! This space is perfect for roommates, if needed, as the bathroom is situated in the hallway and easily accessible from both bedrooms.

Layout:
Through the front door, you'll find the living room with stairs to access the upper level.  Past the living room, you'll find a half bath, a dining space, your laundry area (complete with a washer and dryer), and your gorgeous kitchen!  Upstairs and to your left at the top of the stairs, you will find the largest of the two bedrooms featuring a queen sized bed.  Across the hallway, you'll find the second bedroom also featuring a queen sized bed.  The full bathroom is perfectly located in the hallway for easy access from both bedrooms.   

Parking:
There is room for two cars beside the home to park off-street.  Any additional cars will need to park in a free space in front of the home.  

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
