If you are looking to be embraced by the overwhelming feeling of "home" during your stay in Nashville, this darling and character filled 4 bedroom/3 bathroom ranch is the perfect vacation rental for you! From its welcoming front porch sitting area to every inch of the interior and beyond, you will fall in love with this truly delightful space. The bright and sunny color palette compliment the one level, light filled layout in the most perfect way. Unique touches like the kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile, and sliding barn doors create such fun statements throughout the home. In addition to the front porch sitting area, the covered veranda in the back sets the tone for rest, relaxation, and everything that vacation dreams are made of.

Layout: 
This gorgeous one level ranch is complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an open concept layout. The back deck is the main entrance into the kitchen. There is one bedroom with a private bathroom near the kitchen and one shared bathroom off of the living room. There are two bedrooms located by the shared bathroom. The primary bedroom is also located on the same wing. The primary bedroom has a large master bath with a shower and separate whirlpool bath. Just a heads up that all closets are locked and not available for guest use. This property has one of the largest completely fenced properties in East Nashville. It’s perfect for get togethers, outdoor fun, and is set up perfectly for kids (sippy cups and all). The kitchen and dining room/living room set up is fantastic for entertaining/cooking and hanging out, with an open concept. The two king rooms have beautiful, large private bathrooms and the large shared bathroom is easily accessible to the additional 2 bedrooms. There is a cement wheelchair ramp going to both entrances making it easy for everyone to enter. No steps! 

Parking:
Parking is available anywhere on the cement pad! There's room for plenty of cars!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
