Nashville Love

The Bohemian Farmhouse of your dreams awaits in this 4 bed, 3.5 bath! Refreshingly unique and yet delightfully familiar, the feeling of home will immediately embrace you upon your first steps inside of "Nashville Love". With beautiful details like exquisite brick mantles, a herringbone kitchen backsplash, and elegant tiling throughout the bathrooms, the rustic modern style featured throughout the space charms from literally every angle! The outdoor areas are equally as magical, with a breathtaking patio deck, a roomy sitting area and table, and (not one but two) fire pits, perfect for those cooler nights. There is so much to love about this gorgeous Nashville home and we cannot wait to host you here!

The Layout: 
The first level of the home is framed by a charming front porch and rocking chairs, perfect for those relaxed vacation mornings. The front door opens into the cozy living space which leads into the kitchen. To the left of the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The first level also has a laundry room, and is connected to the beautiful outdoor deck. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom. 

Parking: 
Street Parking is available.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check-in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
