Located on a quiet street in South Nashville near the Brentwood area, you'll love the serenity of the location, that's also close to shopping, restaurants and coffee, for those every day conveniences. Only 20 mins from downtown and most major neighborhoods in Nashville, you'll truly have the best of both worlds when you find yourself settling into this zen filled home away from home!

Layout:
The layout of this unit is open and inviting. The front door opens into the main living area, that features the TV and living room area. This space flows into the full kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are adjacent to the kitchen, towards the back of the unit. 

Parking:
Please park in the driveway. There is parking available for two cars. 

Neighborhood:
This south Nashville neighborhood is just minutes from the Nipper's Corner area of Brentwood, where you will find shops, restaurants, coffee and more. When you are ready to venture further into Nashville, your drive will be easily accessed from the nearby interstate for a quick and easy trip to just about anywhere in the city!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy, so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
