Music City Penthouse Condo with 2 Private Rooftops

This stunning penthouse suite is the largest condo within the brand-new Avery Complex, featuring two, private, oversized rooftops, premium appliances, and striking finishes. The open concept layout is filled with natural light, brand new furnishings, and a plethora of outdoor activities on each of the beautiful rooftops. Layout:
This stunning penthouse suite opens into an entry way, with the first bedroom and a full bathroom to the right of the front door entrance. This bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, with a trundle bed. When you walk down the hall, you are welcomed into a spacious living area (which includes two chairs, a pull out sofa with queen-sized bed, small dining room table, and kitchen area. This area also has sliding doors that leads out to a large rooftop patio.) To the right of the living room area, you’ll find the second bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This room includes a queen sized bed. To the left of the kitchen is the primary bedroom, with en-suite bathroom.This room includes an en suite bathroom. Additionally attached is a second rooftop area.
*Special Appliance Notes: The refrigerator includes a second front door for easy access to chilled water. The microwave is located on a shelf within the island counter. 

Parking:
Please park in the community parking lot of the building. One spot is assigned for the unit with additional guest parking available.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
