This darling two level East Nashville home completely charms, with its bohemian infused design, spacious layout, and generous fenced in yard. Layout:
The downstairs is comprised of the living room, kitchen, dining area, office with full bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs is made up of the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the laundry area. 

Parking:
Please park in the driveway. Street parking is available as well. 

Neighborhood: 
East Nashville, located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. This property is walkable to East Nashville staples like Nicoletto's, The Fox, Mickey's and Sid Gold's Request Room to name a few.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
